The car was originally scheduled for September, and arrived in July, I had the option of taking it now or leaving until agreed giving me flexibility, plus everything was smooth and nothing too much trouble.

The hand over was excellent as always, everything was prepared and ready to go upon my arrival. All functions and mobile connections were carried out, the hand over person was very helpful and polite. Another enjoyable experience at Stephen James.

Really friendly team - nothing was too much bother and everything explained clearly - Serge was great when I collected my car I can't remember who showed me how to access the apps and talked me through the car details was great. He was from Liverpoo!

I am satisfied with the work without any issues. However, upon inspection the rear brake pads/disc needed replacing. I would expect BMW to contact the lease company for authorisation and carried out the work as I mentioned when I originally booked.

drivetrain warning in vehicle. made an appointment at dealer. then had a phone call from Danny Cosby who diagnosed the issue remotely. He called back: the wastegate valve was faulty. He'd already ordered the part and booked me in. Saved me one trip!

The service staff were pleasant and efficient, both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. The car was cleaned inside and out which saved me a job too. The video of the visual check from underneath the car was a nice touch too.

Cost was far too high for work carried out. Off franchise BMW specialists, with trained technicians and proper equipment offer better customer value overall. Feel I paid for upkeep of fancy premises as well as work done. Lack of parking space.
