Passed to 3 different people so did not feel like a valued customer; misrepresented Drive Away insurance which they knew would not be provided on an X5; 2 weeks since I bought the car and no follow up or contact which is not good customer service.

I used the fast lane service so i waited in the showroom. Coffee on tap, pleasant environment, warm welcome on arrival and with a good book in tow the time flew by. And the car was fully valeted too. Excellent.

I had a service on the 18th February at BMW Ruxley and from when I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. Customer service is 10/10. I was looked after Daniela and Elliot and they were both amazing. I wouldn't chose to go anywhere else!

MOT, servicing and parts are really helpful and cheerful and also friendly and polite. Had a quote from the bodyshop for a repair. Chap did not appear too bothered and seemed a bit "grumpy". Quote was way overpriced.

Went in for airbag recall. Dropped car at 8:15am. Agent said the job was big and car would be kept overnight. I had not been told this before and I don't live in the area. At 14:00 I was told car ready to collect. Nit happy misinformed!

Took a while standing around waiting to be served. Staff could clearly see I was there but were avoiding eye contact. Although I was booked in a for a tyre replacement I wasn't on the booking sheet.

4 /5 - the system only allows 5/5 - needs looking at. just expensive, long waiting time from phoning to first available booking. The problem is really with the messages provided by the car itself - no explanation so very scary

I didn't receive an email invoice confirming the work done for my records despite being told I would and chasing by email twice without any response. I did also ask for a review of paintwork on a specific alloy but no comment received.

Car was kept overnight as a bolt was snapped while removing manifold. Part could not be obtained until the next day, little inconvenient. Unfortunate but couldn't be helped. Communication was prompt and polite

The branch communication, and process management was over the average level, their system works well. Only the long waiting list was a bit surprising. The first available slot was roughly 2 months after booking.
